About Fabled
Fabled is a home for original adult audio fiction — stories written to be heard, performed by the people who love them. Strictly for listeners aged 18 and over.
What we publish
Romantasy, dark fairytales, monster romance, fae courts, gothic hauntings and the morally grey men who wander through all of them. Every story is an original audio performance rather than a text-to-speech reading, and every one carries a heat rating and content warnings so you always know what you're pressing play on.
How a story gets made
A writer brings the story. A narrator brings the voice. Both are credited separately on every title — the writer as author, the narrator as the performer — and both keep their own profile page listing everything they've worked on. Nothing goes live until it has been reviewed, so what you find in the catalogue has been read by a human first.
Writing or narrating with us
Fabled is open to independent writers and narrators. Create a free account, then apply from your profile page to become a creator — tell us whether you write, narrate, or both, and what you'd like to make. We read every application.
