Ava Miller writes dark fantasy romance about haunted places, complicated desire, grief, memory, and the things people carry long after they should have let them go. She is drawn to stories where love is imperfect, the supernatural is unsettling rather than beautiful, and no one gets through the ending entirely unchanged. Outside writing, Ava is happiest with old books, late-night walks, too much coffee, and a notebook full of half-finished ideas. Her stories tend to begin with a question she cannot stop thinking about and end somewhere darker than she first expected.
